We are a tech focussed company. We believe we’re at the beginning of a revolution in how financial planning is delivered, and we’re working to be at the forefront of testing and implementing new tools for our clients. Many incorporate built-in AI capabilities, and we also use numerous standalone AI platforms in addition.
Administration Tools
Whatsapp. We have a WhatsApp chat with each of our clients. It is more convenient and secure than email for certain communications.
Ningi. A highly innovative, AI powered back-office system. It powers our client portal, workflows and much more.
Intelliflo. A back office system to enter and store client data.
Google Suite. Emails, documents, spreadsheets. It incorporates built in AI and is far more flexible than Microsoft.
Loom. Enables us to record and send personalised videos, presentations, and bring reports and data to life.
SmartSearch. Runs anti-money laundering checks, facial recognition and digital fraud checks to keep us all safe and secure.
Calendly. To book internal and in person meetings. Calendly eliminates the back and forth hassle of arranging meetings.
Docusign. Enables our clients to safely sign legal documents regardless where they are, and without any paper.
Portfolio Management Tools
Timeline. We use Timeline’s cash flow modelling software, which can project your future position using over 100 years of historical data.
Fincalc. A powerful set of modellers for elements such as capital gains, bond surrenders and pension allowances.
Fundment. Our preferred investment platform. It is low cost, with excellent reporting and a fully digital onboarding process.
Fintegrate. An investment analysis platform to enable us to optimise portfolios across a variety of client needs and goals.
AssetMap. A highly visual tool to track assets, liabilities, income and expenditures across an entire household.
AI Specific Tools
Chat GPT. Arguably the OG of chat agents, it enables large time savings across many processes.
Gemini. Google’s AI, that’s built into many of our applications we use every day.
Claude. Similar to Chat GPT, but often better at producing natural language.
Gamma. A tool to specifically produce images, graphics, presentations far better than we could naturally.
Synthesia. AI video generation using avatars, both artificially generated, or of us personally.
Wealthspace. A privacy focussed administration assistant covering a variety of tasks.
